It's sad to see how people have all moved on to new places. And here's me, checking back into livejournal for the first time in AGES. My journal is the same. Still with the old style formats and whatnot. Seeing the journal isn't sad. Sad to see the lack of friend postings. ^_^ Everyone is moving on. Life is quite the adventure.
My beautiful wife is asleep in the other room. Preparing for another day at work, she is. Working hard. So driven. I'm lucky, indeed.
Family guy reruns on TVTropolis.
Have to shop for Dad's b'day tomorrow. Help my brother-in-law with some physics. Hopefully I'll have time for both. I should be asleep. Just don't feel like it though.

My lovely wife Megan is doing a fantastic job as an Occupational Therapist. Extremely proud of her and all of her efforts. Financially, we're in the best position we've been in, as a couple. Despite all the loan payments we'll be making, times are going to be good.
I'm glad I've decided to begin work on this honours thesis. It's going to take me in a direction I'm fairly certain I'll like. Research is incredibly satisfying (at least my limited experiences have been) and this decision should open quite a few doors for me. Going back to upgrade this degree was a decision....and I made it.
Whoa. I have to call around and get us some car insurance before work.

Busy busy busy! Just had a nice weekend at home. Spent a bunch of time out in the sun. Piled some wood. Megan visited. Hmmm. Ate great homemade Chinese food. Mom's a champ.
Now back in the city! Just worked on a quiz. Going to the gym. Packing some crap tonight. Moving in two days! Sweet. Can't wait to be in the new place.

Headed to work in a few minutes. I'm supposed to have a 14 hour shift today but I'm going to try and get out a few hours early. Mom is in the city today and is taking me home for Jenn's b'day celebrations.
Sounds good but...I still have no gift to bear. No Mother's Day gift either! Hopefully I can escape the house tomorrow and find something suitable. Ugh.
Meg and I ventured out to Bayers Lake yesterday. I bought Pluma a new home. It's nice to see him so happy. And. Spirited? He's been crazy since he got the little cottage and the corn cob thing. Sadly, this results in lack of sleep for me as he's been digging inside the house ALL night and his cage is in our bedroom. BOO.
One more tidbit of info. After we arrived home for our shopping trip, I sold my DS (MK) for a clean $110. Now I'm all ready for that beautiful DS lite in mid-june. ROCK!

I have no idea where to start here.
Things are moving along. School is going just fine, I suppose. Not doing anything spectacular, but I have my directions now and someone coming along for the ride, praise the lord.
I'm a lucky man. Man! Ha.
June 7, 2007 is the date.
Just let this one suck. I'm going to start updating again, for real. Just like playing the guitar. Only less practice. I really need to get a new LJ pic. I like to think I haven't changed too much, though. Just a bunch happier. Maybe I don't need a new picture.

UPDATE!
Here you go.
I've had a fucked up week for the most part. Just. I've been half out of my mind. I have no memory it seems. And I've been doing stupid things.
I burned the hell out of my arm on Monday night at Megan's place. On her stove. I was taking out some food (chicken thingys and those potato smiles), and the oven door tried to close and my arm ....stopped it. for like. a few seconds. then i realized my flesh was cooking. So yeah. It have a big rectangle buron my right forearm. It's like. almost 3 inches by 2 inches. And it's turned white and blue and is blistered all to hell. And the skin is all just pulling off or tearing off. Or it would. But Megan is my doctor and she bandaged me up to keep me safe. Anyway. It's going to leave a mean scar.
In other news, I'm very poor. I don't have the money to pay my phone bill or anything. Luckily I still have two weeks until rent. Not that I'll make enough to cover that. But still. That's time where I'm NOT kicked out on my ass. Sweet.
So, in other news, I'm going to marry Megan Alexandra. I'm serious. I'm going to buy her a ring and ask her to marry me. And she'll say yes. I even know her ring size.

At last, back in the ol' apartment!
The trip was great, long, but short. It was good to see Chow and Frodo again. The cousins are doing well and were quite hospitable. Thankfully.
I was able to find a bracelet for Megan and I'm fairly sure she's diggin' it. It only took five or six hours of walking through Toronto. What a mess that was, let me tell you. The weather was amazing, the food was good, my Aunt IN the city is well as well. Well well well.
It was a damn good time, but it's good to be back. Distance does make the heart grow fonder. Or something. Time apart. When in rome. Or something. HA.

I've become my slack self again when it comes to school. Mighty shitty, but this is how it goes. At least it's fucking awesome out today. I'm going outside to eat my lunch somewhere. Hopefully I can find a picnic table or something.
Gym today. I was hoping to visit the gfather in the hospitol as well but I'm still waiting to hear back from Dave. I figure he should come with this time. It's pretty wild. They have us in sterile aprons, gloves, and masks in there this time. Blows. Can't even hug your own gfather. wtf, eh?
And. Megan and I are going for a walk, probably to the mall. She wants to pick up some stuff. I just want to get outside. We have to go for groceries as well.
I'm down to my last 400$ now. The job at the Irving is definitely not going to be enough. Hopefully I can figure something out. I need money badly.
